In order to train the qualified manpower needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad to pursue graduate education with the scholarship given by the Ministry of National Education based on the Law No. 1416 on the Demand to be Sent to Foreign Countries.
In this direction, 358 students will be sent abroad to study master's and/or doctorate with official scholarship within the scope of 2021 YLSY.
